Simple photo edits with Photoshop

I call photoshop a magic tool. We can create wonders with this brilliant application. I will mostly be putting some of the simple yet useful edits with photoshop.

Often after clicking we discover that the photos do not have perfect blend of light. This often result in dark photos which sometimes ruin our subject. Not to worry Photoshop can help you to a great extent here, just follow the steps and you are good to go :)

1) Open your picture in photoshop

2) First check out with brightness and contrast option from image>Adjustment>Brightness/contrast.

My values here are B+27 & C-19

3) Brightness contrast often doesnt help now is the time to do some magic. Click on Image>Adjustments>Curves

4) Adjust the curve settings as per your needs. Too much of light might ruin your picture so be careful while you adjust the curve from top.

5) You will now see lot of difference in the picture.

6) Keep playing with the curve till you get a desired result. But one wrong move and your picture might go bad. Ctrl+Alt+Z is the mantra you must remember :).
